With the development of market economy, salary incentive strategy, which is always the most crucial and effective in contemporary company. Finally, we find out the best incentive coefficient change quotas. According to their own development situation. It makes the enterprise choose appropriate optimal salary incentive strategy. Through this research conclusion, we want to provide certain extend policy choice support for our country enterprise about salary incentive strategy.
