Information Sharing of Partnership in Supply Chain and Enhancement of Core Competitiveness of Enterprises

With the intensifying of the economic globalization and market competition , the competition among firms ,which used to be traditional and existed purely among individual enterprise, is replaced by competition in supply chain. In order to improve the quality of their products and services, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, they have to develop full co-operation and co-ordination and share information with enterprises in supply chain ,only to create a seamless integration in supply chain, which facilitate the optimization of the overall performance of the supply chain system. This paper focuses on how to share the information in supply chain to achieve the aim of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, the paper supplies the concept of supply chain and management of supply chain , information sharing and core competitiveness of enterprises , and then explains the relationship between information sharing and the enhancement of core competitiveness of enterprises by combining with the role of information sharing in supply chain. Finally , The information sharing strategies are put up according to different partnership of supply chain .
