With GIS application as the starting point, based on plug-in and framework technology, classify and modeling GIS plugin, on the base of the models, study the definition of the plug-in structure as well as the formal expression of the description. Finally, according to plug-in GIS application framework, developing Urban Planning Desktop Prototype Management System, at the same time, achieving the loading process of the plug-in and the generation process of GIS application framework, verifying the practicality of plug-in GIS application framework.
