摘要

The warp of ratchet wheel was analyzed by using moldflow software. Filling pressure, melt temperature, mould temperature and cooling time were also analyzed by using orthogonal experiment technique. The analyzing result indicated that the most important factor which effect the warp of ratchet wheel was filling pressure. Next follows the melt temperature, mould temperature and cooling time. The best forming parameters were as follows: mould temperature was 60°C, the melt temperature was 240°C, pressure was 180MPa, the filling time was 25S,the cooling time was 40S.
