This paper is mainly related to the pretreatment effects of xylanase produced by T. lanuginosus on the kraft-anthraquinone(KP-AQ) pulp of Leizhou E.urophylla×grandis, and the subsequent characterization based on XRD, SEM. The results showed that the optimum conditions to pretreat (KP-AQ) pulp of Leizhou E.urophylla×grandis were as follows: xylanase dosage10 U / g pulp, reaction time 90 min, temperature 60°C, pH 6.0 and pulp consistency 10%. After the treatment of xylanase, it was found that pulp brightness increased from 51.5% to 55.2%, its kappa number decreased to 8.38, and the viscosity increased to 990ml/g.The analysis of chemical component for the pulp revealed that xylan in pulp decreased by 3.51%, and Klason lignin in the pulp decreased by 0.12%. XRD showed that the cellulose crystallinity had no significant change; a lot of pores can be observed on the surface of the cellulose after the treatment of xylanase based on the SEM results, which is mainly due to partial dissolution of xylan and lignin carbonhydrate complex(LCC) in the process of the xylanase treatment .
