Analysis on 'Human-oriented' University Teaching Management

摘要

It's important for developments of universities to establish "Human-oriented" university teaching management which lies on key elements: teacher, student and teaching administrator. In order to realize the principle of "Human-oriented" in university teaching management, three points should be done: taking student development as origin and motivating students' learning initiative and innovativeness; focusing on the development of teachers by respecting and believing them; and paying great attention to teaching administrators with the purpose of making full use of their initiative to actively participate teaching management and guarantee teachers' "teaching" and students' "learning".
