Research on the Regional Logistics Efficiency:Based on the Panel Data of Chinese Provinces and DEA Method

摘要

Based on the method of DEA, this paper evaluates the logistics efficiency of Chinese provinces. The main conclusions are as follows: Regional logistics efficiency in our country increased from 2000 to 2007, but also fluctuated. The logistics efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions because of the higher pure technical efficiency. But the scale efficiency in central regions is higher than that in eastern regions except 2005.In terms of scale efficiency, there is a large margin to promote the pure technical efficiency of our country and regions.
