Establish Evaluation Model of Enterprise Credit Based on the Balanced Scorecard

Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement system closely associated with long-term goal of enterprise. It is comprised of financial and nonfinancial indicators reflecting the key elements to the success of the enterprise. This paper used the ideas of the Balanced Scorecard. by analyzing and adding the Balanced Scorecard. Based on retaining traditional financial assessment indicators, following the principle of the importance, practice, science, comparability and the relative stability some non-financial elements that can appraise future financial credit of enterprise such as the internal level, as well as learning and innovation to the enterprise level are introduced. The enterprise credit evaluation indicators system has been constructed.
