From the perspective of the relationship between house prices and bank lending, this paper establishes the improved stock flow model and finishes the dynamic expression and solution of the model. The paper carries on the empirical analysis to China real estate market through actual data information, the results show that China's house prices and bank credit exist interactive relationship, the development of the real estate industry is dependent on bank credit funds excessively and the fluctuations of house prices has a very significant impact to financial stability. Finally, the authors propose the reasonable policy recommendations.
