Aligning Information Security Program Objectives and Deployment with Organizational Culture for Increased Success

An information security program is more likely to succeed by ensuring that theinformation security objectives are properly aligned with the cultural values of theorganization. In this paper we explain how to successfully achieve this alignment througha concept we call information security value alignment.
