The purpose of this report is to discuss the results of a recent Value Engineering study on acoustic ceilings for the Cathedral Hill Hospital Project in San Francisco, CA. Through function analysis we identified opportunities to reduce cost in the $6 Million acoustic ceiling budget. We are currently evaluating several innovative alternatives that will reduce congestion and installation labor. In addition to an overview of our Value Analysis process, I will provide my perspective on the impact the study had on our intergrated team.
