New Value Innovation Model for public companies

摘要

This paper is example that arrange contents that achieve Korean public enterprise's management innovation. It is contents of activity that studies Korean public enterprise special quality, and changes to competitive company. Here in Korea South East Power Company that introduce problems many. In particular, purchase problem, manpower operation problem, new business development problem etc. were making nucleus among the problem. Diagnoses this company's problems, and made management innovation method in reply. And whole number of persons participated and realized management innovation.This paper is example that improve competitive power through public enterprise's management innovation. Therefore, may present public enterprise's management innovation direction.
