The Environment Performance Evaluation of the Enterprise Based on the Product Life Cycle (PLC)

The performance evaluation is the basis of the performance management and decision-making on business. With the scarcity of nature resource and the degradation of capacity of assimilating pollution of environment, it is more and more important for the enterprises to set up an environmental performance evaluation system meeting the objective of the sustainable development in order to promote its competitive strength. The environment performance evaluation system carries out the core mind of seeking the maximization value of enterprises based on the sustainable development. The author respectively states the practical significance of the structure of the environmental performance evaluation system and the characteristic of the system, and makes the preliminary design of the index system of environmental performance evaluation, and makes a structure for the green evaluation of performance of the enterprise.
