Discussion on Application of Business Process Reengineering in ERP

ERP system as the means for promoting the enterprise informatization construction has been accepted gradually by people. Introduction of ERP management mode and idea have become the indispensable choice of enterprise informatization construction. As the software system reflecting modern management thoughts, ERP should be applied in connection with related modern organization management methods and means. So, it is an inevitable trend to integrate ERP with business process reengineering. The Paper theoretically discourses upon the necessity of business process reengineering in the application of ERP, and also expounds relative measures to implement the business process reengineering, for ensuring ERP application successfully and supplying theoretical reference for enterprise to apply ERP.
