The main facing issues about the credit system construction of China E-Commerce mainly display with the unsound credit management system corresponding to E-commerce, the imperfect system of laws and regulations and the weak sense of social credit. The credit union, business and personal credit systems should be established for the credit system construction of China E-Commerce, and the disclosure systems of credit information should be improved. Meanwhile, the legal system of E-commerce with international level should be established in order to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of businesses and consumers without infringement, and the new credit culture adapted to the market economy should be cultivated for enhancing credit awareness.
