摘要

Amphiphilic biodegradable AB-type diblockcopolymer of poly(L-lysine) (Plys) and poly(L-lactide)(PLLA), (Plys-b-PLLA), was synthesized. Thecopolymer formed core-shell type polymeric micellehaving positively charged surfaces in aqueous solution.Then, we prepared a biodegradable polymeric micellecoated with polyanionic hyaluronic acid (HA) via polyioncomplex (PIC) formation. The obtained HA-coatedmicelle showed extremely higher stability than noncoatedmicelle. Moreover, the HA-coated micellespecifically bound to liver sinusoidal endothelial cells(LSECs). The HA-coated micelle can be applied as a cellspecificdrug carrier.
