Empirical Study on the Relationships and the Performances among Enterprise Cooperative Degree in Supply Chain, Integration Capability and Enterprise Resources

By the analyzing the data from the questionnaires, the relationships of the enterprise cooperative degree irs the supply chain, integrating capability as well as the enterprise's resources, and their interactive influences on the enterprise's performances are studied in this paper. It is shown that the good cooperative condition, the integrating capacity and the enterprise's resources can enhance the enterprise's performances, within which the integrating capacity plays a more important part than the enterprise's resources. The enterprises cooperative capacity in the supply chain contributes to the better acquirement and the usage of the enterprise's resources, and to improve the integrating capacity. All these three factors, including the cooperative degree in the. supply chain enterprises, the integrating capability and the enterprise's resources, have been influencing each other, and have had a dypamic impact on the enterprise's performances.
