摘要

Hydraulic maladjustment,the familiar phenomena in the central air-conditioning water system,will make the refrigeration chiller (or heat pump) and air-conditioning units work abnormally,result in the terrible effect of air-conditioning system and the increase of energy consumption.Especially in the variable flow system,where equipments run under the variable working conditions and the flow resistance of pipe network changes inconstantly,it is difficult for present control mode to make the water system balance.In this paper,a new adjustable dynamic flow balancing valve (ADFBV) is proposed,which can keep stable flow in high precision within the large range of differential pressure due to its special working principle and structure.So it could expediently solve the hydraulic maladjustment in water pipeline.Synchronously a new control system of central air-conditioning water system is presented based on the application of the new ADFBV.Compared with the traditional control system with electric regulating valve (ERV),this new control system has traits of high control precision,stable working state,low energy consumption,good comfort,and simple and reliable system structure.
