摘要

Bagacillo white gold, when it is used for power generation. But it is suspended impurities when it goes to boiling house along with mixed juice. Bagacillo specially can enhance process difficulties and influence both sugar quality and cost of production. Entry of bagacillo can be effectively minimized by proper selection of scientifically designed screen like Vibroscreen with Gyro-motion. Such Vibroscreens are also in use to improve quality of milk of lime, removal of suspended impurities from melt and from other process materials. It is found that vibroscreens are effective in controlling colour. SPM and are cost effective, user's friendly with bare minimum maintenance.
