STUDY ON THE IE INTELLECTUAL CULTIVATION BASED ON MANAGEMENT DEGREE

The Industrial Engineering intellectual is a composite intellectual who has the engineering technology and management knowledge. So the graduates can gain the management degree or engineering degree. But it should be difference to the intellectual cultivation mode for different degree. This paper put forward the curricula system and teaching mode and so on for the industrial engineering intellectual cultivation which gain the management degree according to the society demand, specialty characteristic and advantage and based on cultivation situation. Then seek one of the intellectual cultivation modes which can meet the specialty demand as well as the society demand.
