Application of Self-organization Map Neural Network in Demand Clustering Analysis for the Mass Customization

Under the environment of mass customization, customized demand and various behavior of consumption require enterprises to effectively analyze the customer demand characteristics, deploy production processes and delivery of product. This paper researches demand clustering methods using Self-organization Map neural network, through the different indexes of demand, distinguishes different customer groups based on their different characteristics. At last, a case is administrated.
