Planning and Modeling of Production Line Based on Digital Manufacturing

In the paper, the architecture of digital manufacturing is analyzed, focusing on the planning and modeling of production line: According to production reality, thinking of PMOR and improved PERT technology are proposed to realize the planning of a new production line and an existing production line respectively. Using Object-Oriented modeling method, the modeling process of production line is analyzed, simulating methodology is studied. At last, an example is developed to validate the process of planning and modeling of production line based on digital manufacturing.
