摘要

Agriculture industrialization organization is one contractual organization between market and enterprises. The contract of agriculture industrialization organization is incomplete. As for specific investment classified to product specific investment, technology specific investment, and human capital specific investment, contract stability of agriculture industrialization organization is enhancing according to increase of specific investment by main participating party. And the game theory has been taken to analysis the stability between enterprises and farmers.
