Strategic Choices for Hubei in “Central China's Rising”

With the non-equilibrium development strategy carried out in China after its reform and opening-up policy, the central region of China was gradually marginalized and was even “sinking” in the economic development. “Central China’s Rising” strategy offers good opportunities for Hubei to turn the situation to its own advantage. Hubei should take the lead to take stock of its own resources and manage to secure its leading position in this leaping development.
