A Novel Preparation Method for Rapidly Dissolving Biorelevant Media for Dissolution Testing - FaSSIF and FeSSIF Instant Powders

摘要

A novel preparation method of biorelevant media for dissolution testing was investigated. An instantly dissolving powder was prepared allowing rapid preparation of dissolution media. Results show that the novel preparation method leads to a far more stable media and an increased reproducibility compared to the conventional preparation method.
