Preclinical Application of Paclitaxel-Eluting Polyurethane Membrane for Bile Duct Stent

摘要

The antitumor effect, systemic toxicity, and apoptosis of tumor cell by paclitaxel-eluting polyurethane membrane, and the biodistribution of paclitaxel in a tumor model were studied. Our data suggest that the paclitaxel-releasing membrane would be applied for the development of the drug-eluting stent as local therapy of bile duct cancer.
