摘要

Porous polyelectrolyte microcaspules were synthesized by layer-by-layer self-assembly technology and characterized. Result showed that microcapsules were uniform, spherical and porous. After ployelectorlyte adsorption and CaCO3 core removal, morphologies of the formed microcapsules were different according to number of deposited layers. In vitro release profiles were different depending on release media pH.
