摘要

Efficacy of MRI-guided PDT using a PEGylated poly(L-glutamic acid) (PLGA) conjugate containing Gd (Ⅲ) contrast agent and meso chlorin e_6 photosensitizer was evaluated. MRI and PDT studies helped non-invasively track the polymer-photosensitizer uptake in tumors and achieve a higher therapeutic efficacy for PEGylated conjugates as compared to non-PEGylated conjugates and controls.
