摘要

Dopamine-loaded nanoparticles and crosslinked alginate scaffolds were fabricated using an emulsification-diffusion approach and lyophilization, respectively. The nanoparticles and polymeric scaffolds were characterized employing Scanning and Transmission Electron Microscopy (SEM/TEM) as well as Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Nanoparticles were incorporated into the scaffolds and their in vitro release was established.
