Two high molecular weight compounds, Cyclosporine A and Coenzyme Q_(10), were efficiently co-entrapped in PLGA nanoparticles employing three different stabilizers i.e. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), Vit. ETPGS and Didodecyl methyl ammonium bromide (DMAB). The PLGA matrix was assessed for its ability to co-entrapp two high molecular weight compounds at different initial loading.
