The ecology city construction is our country'essential safeguard to realize the economical, social, the nature sustainable development in 21st century. But because the people have created one-sided understanding to the ecology city and that really have neglected the city in this process the crisis management system construction, this has hindered the ecology city construction in some kind of significance. Using the city ecology and the crisis management system theory, constructing the conceptual model of the ecology city crisis management system from ecology aspect and so on city connotation, characteristic, content is to become our country's urgent matter,and the key point which also becomes important works for our country's experts to study further on ecology city construction aspect.
