For most Health Care Information Systems (HCIS) management is responsible for the many activities that occur on the computer network, but so are the individual employees. Of key concern is the keeping of patient and administrative records in a private and secure manner. The purpose of this paper is to investigate health care workers passwords length and strength, and should indicate to health care organizations the need for security education.
