摘要

This study investigates the impact of gender and other contextual factors on leadership styles. The results show that leadership styles do not differ by gender, age, and education level of managers. However, significant differences are found between some components of leadership styles and job tenure, managerial level and job function. It is also found that significant interaction effects exist between gender and education level, and gender and managerial level in explaining leadership styles difference.
