Synthesis of Nickel Crystals in Sodium DodecylSulfate-Polyvinylpyrrolidone Clusters by Hydrazine Reduction

摘要

Nickel crystals were prepared from nickel chloride by hydrazine reduction in sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS)-polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) aqueous solution. The prepared nickel crystals are facecentric structural and their mean size are of 16 nm, and the linear nickel crystals self-assembles intospherical particles. The size of nickel particle decreases with the increase of SDS concentration,implying SDS-PVP clusters have some size-control effect in the preparation of nickel particles.
