Some results of the analysis of data of instrumental observations on cloud thunderstorm activity in Dusheti (Georgia) have been presented. Total number of lightning discharges was recorded by PRG-15. An observation period makes 23 years, from 1960 to 1982 (warm season). The following parameters of thunderstorm activity were studied: the number of days with the thunderstorms - P, the total quantity of the lightning discharges - N, the total duration of the lightning discharges - T (hour), the intensity of the lightning discharges in one hour - F. The correlation analysis of the indicated time-series of observations is carried out (linear correlation, the rank correlation of Kendall and Spearmen, autocorrelation). Time-series of N, T and F are autocorrelate and non accidental. Time-series of P is random. The estimation of confidence interval of mean values of N, T and F taking into account and without taking into account the data about the values of autocorrelation coefficient is carried out. The trend + background and random components of time-series of the N, T and F are studied. Trends N and T are non linear negative, trend F is linear negative. The linear correlation analysis P with N, T and F (for real data and for its random components) is carried out. It is shown, that degree of correlation does not change substantially for the random components. The equations of the regression of connection N, T and F with P are represented.
