INTEROPERABILITY OF TRANSPORT SYSTEMS IN FRANCE THE APPLICATIONS OF THE DESIGN ASSISTANCE ACTIF, AND THEIR FEED-BACK FOR MAKING IT MORE EFFICIENT

Two examples of applications of ACTIF show the use of: - the model as aa organization-independent and profession-based reference repository when interconnecting multimodal hubs - case in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region; - the OSCAR tool to determine the scope of functions in relation to the identified requirements – feasibility study for aa multimodal information system in Alsace. Those applications have brought on some comments and criticisms on the ACTIF model, method and tool. Some of them have allowed to extend the scope of ACTIF. They have been taken into account for making this design assistance more efficient. The new versio versions ns of the ACTIF model and of its tool OSCAR will be soon published.
