Application of Real Option Approach in Delay Investment Decision of Real Estate Development

摘要

This thesis first illustrates the real option theory systematically and then uses a case in order to explain the superiority of the real option approach in the delay investment decision of real estate development,at last concludes that this method is an more scientific,reasonable and effective tool to make the decision of investment in real estate.
