Assessment Research on Risks of Project Quality under Supply Chain

摘要

The risk of project quality is an important content in Project Risk Management.Based on the project research in and abroad,this paper constitutes a multi-level assessment index system of project quality risks assessment from the angle of project quality risks management.This system is composed of 6 first-level indexes and 37 second-level indexes.The f'n'st-level indexes include societal risks,environmental risks,partnership quality assurance risks,partnership morality risks,management risks and execution of supply chain flow risks.This paper also puts forward the assessment method of project quality risks based on the method of fuzzy synthetic assessment,and builds a corresponding math model.Furthermore,it testifies the validity and maneuverability of the method with examples.
