摘要

Construction industry is an important pillar industry in China.But the productivity of Chinese construction industry is much lower than that of many other industries in China and that of many developed countries.To improve the management efficiency in this field,the mode of construction project management was put forward since 1980s by Chinese government and many new concepts and techniques were introduced and applied in this area,including computer simulation.Computer simulation is a powerful tool for accurate modeling of real-world construction systems to support decision-making (DM).The simulation of some tasks at different stages in the project life cycle of construction projects is analyzed in this paper,such as financial investment,hiding,risk management,construction machinery choosing,construction site inventory,on-site layout,construction operations,etc.And a framework of integrated simulation system of construction project management is proposed.
机译:建筑业是中国重要的支柱产业。但是,中国建筑业的生产率却远低于中国和许多其他发达国家的生产率。为了提高该领域的管理效率,建设项目管理模式自从1980年代中国政府提出以来,许多新的概念和技术就被引入并应用于该领域,包括计算机仿真。计算机仿真是对现实世界中的建筑系统进行精确建模以支持决策(DM)的有力工具。本文分析了建设项目在项目生命周期中不同阶段的一些任务的仿真,包括财务投资,隐藏,风险管理,施工机械选择,施工现场盘点,现场布置,施工作业等。提出了建设项目管理综合仿真系统的框架。
