The tens millions of extensive rural workers phenomenon is undoubtedly the characteristic of China.Rural worker has become one newborn colony,which has enormous quantity,complicated structure and expands constantly; the quantity is nearly about 200 million.The statistics show,at present,the rural worker accounts for nearly 58% of the number of employees in the secondary industry,the rural worker has been already up to 31,370,000 people in the construction field,accounts for more than 80% of the whole trade teams.It is estimated in the future,with the development of secondary industry,more rural workers will flow into the construction field,and the rural worker will further become the principal part of the human resources in construction field.But because of the influence of the current situation of our country's economic development,trade characteristic of construction,rural worker-self problems and etc.The problems,which the rural worker in the construction field faced has been making people,worried all the time in these years.So study and solve,rural worker's problem in construction field,make it give full play to the role of principal in the construction field,adapt the needing of construction industry development better,no matter there are realistic meanings in economic growth of construction industry itself and even national economic development.This text mainly analyzes the problems which the rural worker of construction field faces at present,seek the origin of the problems through demonstration analysis,in line with the thought of stressing principal contradiction to solve problems,mainly analyze how to strengthen the enhancing of rural workers' quality in the construction industry,put forward the corresponding countermeasure finally,offer feasible suggestion to administrative staff of the construction industry,promote the development of construction industry.
