摘要

Today with the quick exploitation and construction of the real estate industry,a series of problems have been coming forth.The services in real estate market involve many aspects that are very complicated in operating.This paper firstly analyzes the problems between the buyers and sellers in the real estate market,then emphasizes on the importance of communication management in grasping market demand,studying customers' psychology and improving the market in the microcosmic way,finally makes suggestions to make the operating of the real estate market more effective.
