International Experience of REIT and Development in China

摘要

Under the situation that the state-run commercial bank of our country raises the threshold of the loan of development of real estate at present,that the investment enterprise of numerous real estates lacks own funds,and with single financing channel,we introduce the real estate investment trust fund (REIT) mode abroad.The kind of mode offer good channel to solve the problem of financing for the investment enterprise of the real estate,to reduce bank financial risks,and to expand domestic trust and investment corporation business space.
