The traditional Critical Path Method (CPM) assumes the duration of each activity in the project planning is certain.But this is not an indisputable fact.The Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT) assumes the duration of each activity in the project planning obeys a certain fuzzy distribution.But it can hardly be proven in mathematics.Moreover the process of computer is pretty complex.The uncertainty of its duration has fuzzy character,so it is necessary for us to deal with the question by Fuzzing Mathematics.For this reasons,the author put forward the new fuzzy approach to construction network plan.Taking the duration as a discontinuous variable,we can estimate this fuzzing variable by the experience of the specialist and the norm.Different λ-cut-set time parameters of the network planning should produce different critical path.The related formulae should be used to obtain fuzzy execution cycles of the key routes or λ-cut-set time parameters of each operation in the fuzzy network.In the engineering reality,the critical path or the relevant duration is affected and changed by a lot of factors.The fuzzy approach to construction network plan can appear the changeability and provide the possibility.The technique is an aid to controlling the implementation of actual project This approach were proved to be feasible and practicable and thus superior to traditional PERT technique.
