The Study of Efficient Financial Market and Enterprise Diversification in China and America (ID: 8-004)

摘要

It is not sufficient only to focus on the management or the process of decision in the study of diversification of enterprises. The diversification of enterprises is closely related to the efficiency of financial market. On the base of careful study on the process of diversification of American enterprises with the 4 steps of financial market development, this article analyzed the internal relation between diversification of enterprises and financial market development, trying to find out the problems in diversification of enterprises in China, and, therefore, to find the countermeasures to them.
