THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC WASTE TRANSFER STATION

DWS transfer stations are the bonding point of DWS source and ending treatment systems, they play a pivotal role in the DWS transfer systems. DWS transfer stations are widespread used in the cities of China, and they are becoming the most important facilities of environment health. Based on the guide that " employing the system engineering method in the construction of DWS, taking everything into account, establishing scientific starting plan and leading market principal mechanism into the process of execution". Putting the system engineering standpoint into application, the problems in the construction of DWS transfer station are developed in this paper. In this paper, the main affecting factors of site selection, the deterministic method and estimation formula of the scale of DWS transfer station, the process and equipment of representative DWS transfer station, and the environment health standard, economical analysis, the mechanism of construction are discussed. This paper will provide reference ideas for the construction of DWS transfer stations in China.
