Structural equation model results indicate a strong and significant link between leadercommunication, as measured through the motivating language construct (ML), and workercreative environment perceptions. ML use explains 55% of perception variance. Also, a 10%increase in ML use is expected to increase in positive creative environment perceptions by 7%.Creative environment perceptions have been shown to be strong precursors of worker innovation.
