Two potential non-viral polymer-based gene deliveryvectors were synthesized and studied for DNAbinding, haemolytic activity and cell toxicity . Glycolchitosan was conjugated to tetraazacyclotetradecanetetraacetic acid to produce GC-TETAand hyaluronic acid was conjugated to cyclen toproduce HAC.
