Polyphosphoramidate Gene Carriers: Structure-Transfection Activity Relationship

The goal of this study is to investigate the relationshipbetween the structure of polyphosphoramidate(PPA) gene carriers and their cytotoxicity, DNAcompaction capacity, and transfection efficiency.PPAs with primary amino group sidechains andbranched spacer consistently yielded more thanten-fold higher gene expression than those with linearside chains.
