Characterization of Solid Dispersions of Cilostazol and Nicotinamide Prepared withSolution Enhanced Dispersion by Supercritical Fluids

摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate thefeasibility to prepare a solid dispersion of cilostazolnicotinamideusing the SEDS process. The SEDSprocessed particle of low drug content (e.g. 7.8%)was found to be a metastable form due to thepartially amorphous nature of the drug or theassumed complex resulting in significantly increasedsolubility and dissolution.
