摘要

Fast-disintegrating tablets were prepared with apoorly water-soluble drug. To increase thedissolution rate, the drug was micronized and/orformulated as solid dispersion by melt extrusion.Dissolution tests showed that all these strategiesincreased the dissolution rate compared to tabletscontaining the non processed drug substance, butmicronization alone remained the best strategy.
